It’s Home Inspection Day

Your HouseMaster home inspector will start with the exterior of the home. The inspection will then continue inside — from the attic to the foundation.

Where’s your report?

Our inspection report is usually completed within 24 hours after inspection. We’ll email or text you (SMS) when it’s ready. Then you simply log into your HouseMaster Cloud® account to access it.

Additional Reports

If any lab results or inspection findings aren’t ready when the inspection report is completed, we’ll send you a separate notification when those results are added to your HouseMaster Cloud Account for review.

Repair List Generator

When viewing your Inspection Report in the HouseMaster Cloud, you will see an option to create a repair list. If the inspection reveals things that need to be repaired, simply click on ‘Create a Repair List” to generate the list of repairs. Review your list with your Real Estate Professional to discuss next steps.

More Peace of Mind

Unforeseen home repairs can be a costly issue for new home buyers. The Home Solutions Warranty offered to HouseMaster customers provides 15 months of protection against those expenses. There is an additional cost, but you get to choose who does the repairs and the plan is renewable**.

Before you move

Take pictures of all your appliances, electronics, and other important belongings and their serial numbers. Add them to your HouseMaster Cloud account. If there are any recalls on those items, we’ll send you an alert.
